FLO-TK™ Flow Conditioning Tees Address The Fluid Turbulence Problems Found In A Wide Range Of Applications.

By installing our FLO-TK™ Tee the flow exits symmetrically. The Tee is being used to split a flow to two pipes. A FLO-TK™ Tee will improve the velocity profile and reduce turbulence.

 

A FLO-TK™ Tee with exit branches being used one at a time, will in effect create an elbow out of the Tee. A FLO-TK™ Tee with one exit branch shut off behaves like an elbow and the same principles apply as for an elbow regarding uniform flow improvements.

 

A Tee used to join two flows with a FLO-TK™ placed on both inlet branches of the tee will allow for improved  uniform flow and thorough mixing. The flow exiting the conditioners will be custom designed to intertwine and mix together sooner. This is desirable in a reaction vessel where the fluids need to be well mixed to react thoroughly.

  • Tees-three openings in a T-shaped pipe Tee.

  • Reducing Tees- a type of pipe fitting in which the branch port size is smaller than the ports of the run. This type of pipe fitting can also consider size reduction from one of the run ports to the other.

  • For different applications in various industries, the reducing Tees are available in many various combinations of sizes and configurations. Apart from the standard sizes, other unusual combinations of size can also be attained using component parts of Tees, reducing Tee and Reducers.

  • Straight Pipe Tees- which have the same size openings.

  • Cross Pipe Tee- has four equal sized openings.
