We are certified to fabricate and supply Nuclear and Military requirements and products.
Welding requirements as defined by ASME Standards, "Process Piping" fabrication per ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other required standards. Our design, manufacturing and calibration systems, processes and facilities meet the system requirements defined by strict quality management standards to form our products. Our highly trained engineers, welders, fabricators, and machinists coupled with our other services and our attention to detail give us the ability to pursue a wide variety of ASME Code work. We maintain ASME U, S, R and N stamps along with U.L. 142 certification.
Drawing, material certificates (MTR), weld procedures (WPS) and weld examination done on vane to housing welds by dye penetrant test (NDE) are provided. Additional testing and/or coating available (positive material identification (PMI), Charpy test, Hydrotest, PWHT, X-ray weld examination) per customer request.
