Our engineering and manufacturing expertise allows us to machine parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances to exceed client specifications. New products and technologies often require innovative approaches for machining of small parts to precise tolerances. Our specialized experiences and understanding of manufacturing constraints paired with an extensive selection of tools and state-of-the art technologies allow us to deliver solutions to industries top OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Our reputation stands on our ability to quickly deliver high quality machined parts that are technologically advanced and built to the highest standards. We have the capability to machine a variety of grade materials.

We utilize our skilled engineering staff to determine the machinability of your parts based on the materials and part configuration. We support early project discussions with engineers and R&D departments to assure client project success. We strive to deliver high quality precision parts that are cost effective and efficient to manufacture.

We offers custom, tight-tolerance industrial plastic injection molding small to large size production runs of injection molded components for the medical device, filtration, industrial OEM, defense, aerospace and other industries and applications.

Flow Conditioners improve vehicle performance and safety while increasing MPG, engine air intake, removes the distorted airflow to the inlet of turbochargers, caused by cramped space under the hood, reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

  • Increases low end torque

  • Increases engine air intake

  • Reduces CO2 emissions

  • Increases low end performance of engine

  • Increase MPG

With a Flow Conditioner mounted in front of the elbow, there is a flat velocity profile. Flow Conditioner rotates the air intake flow entering an elbow eliminating the separation flow in those bends, increasing the air flow rate and providing more boosts for the same sized turbocharger or supercharger engine.

Engine Intake air plumbing often has recirculation or separation regions along the inner turn radius of the elbows. These turns reduce the flow cross-section area limiting the flow and increases pressure. Flow Conditioner removes the distorted airflow to the inlet of turbochargers, caused by cramped space under the hood substantially increasing the low end performance of the engine. Without Flow Conditioner modification the airflow to the turbocharger is highly distorted where the turbocharger cannot perform at its best.

  • The results show increased engine air intake and reduced differential air flow among the cylinders; hence improved MPG and reduced air pollution.

  • Improved air intake flow at all engine speeds.

  • It reduced air flow differentials among cylinders which allowed the air/fuel ratio to be highly tuned to improve mpg of the engine while reducing pollution in the exhaust.

  • Flow Conditioners are custom built for the particular engine. In mass production it is a low cost solution.

  • Today’s gasoline and diesel engines require extensive emission reductions and removal of particulate matter from the exhaust.

  • Reduced back pressure of the engine exhaust enhances the engine efficiency and performance.

  • Catalytic converter creates a back pressure and cuts down the engine power output.

  • Flow Conditioner provides a uniform flow which reduces the amount of catalyst required.

  • Particulate removal requires a high temperature filter typically produced by Corning Glass.

  • The Flow Conditioner further enhances the performance of particulate filters by good pressure recovery.
